Day Two Hundred Thirty Four
This is the last day of summer vacation so we decided to spend it pool side. Splashing around and doing the whole Marco Polo thing. After a bit Mouse Girl decided she just wanted to chill pool side watching the sunset.
Project 365 : 234/365 – Purple Flowers
I have been wanting to photograph these little purple flowers again that are blooming on a small tree in front of our house for close to two months now. While I like the first attempt, I still wanted to give it another shot.
Day Two Hundred Seventy Six - Our Engagement Shoot
Today was out Engagement shoot with out photographer Gareth Heesom. We headed over to Tatton Park for a walk around the gardens.
Kathryn was really natural in front of the camera but I did feel a little odd posing in front of many people going about their day.
Today's shot is just simply the final part of our shoot where we posed along with some column's.
Sepia Sunday
It's hard to believe it's already Sepia Sunday again! Traveling really makes the days sort of disappear...
- Just two entries this week- both from CIOPhoto's David Sullivan:
Monticello Arcade 011
Monticello Arcade 021
As M45 is low on entries this week, I thought I'd play along with something a little different:
swan from my trip-within-a-trip to Lakeland, FL
Day Two Hundred Seventy Five - Pastel Sky
Originally I was shooting for the moon, I spotted this shot and got this lovely pastel brown colour out of the nights sky. I like it when Photography just "works" for you.
Day Two Hundred Thirty Three
Beware the wrath of the Fetts! - Young Boba Fett proclaims on Geonosis.
That or "Daddy, I don't want to wear this anymore!"

Project 365 : 233/365 – Blueberry Muffins
We have had a lot of fun cooking and baking this morning. Miranda got things started up with these beautiful blueberry muffins. Here they are hot out of the oven.

Evening Rituals
My precious angel Elias or Mr. handsome face as I called him since the beginning of my blogs about him. I love this boy, with a love that just surpasses all my understanding. This lil man keeps me on my toes and astonishes me daily with his wealth of knowledge of things that a 2 year old need not worry about. His eyes melt me every time he comes to ask for something and I just can't say no (but I do when I need to). It's been a while since I blogged about the kids so today is Elias' turn. All Images Copyright Latina Vega Photography 2007-2009©
Project 365: Week 23
Yes, we've got a Super Mario Bros. theme adorning the basement stairwell. Does it get more awesome(ly tacky)?
Flew to Fort Lauderdale...
Went through a very unorganized drawer of ancient family photos.
Really? Because I thought the height of "steampunk" was circa 2007, but I could be wrong.
Day Two Hundred Thirty Two
Project 365 : 232/365 – Tree & Sky
Crossing the street this afternoon upon my return home from work, I looked up and saw the large (I am assuming Ficus) tree and the way it looked against the sky. Once I took the puppies out I returned inside to grab my camera. Sometimes it pays to keep your eyes open even when you are doing something so routine.
Day Two Hundred Seventy Four - Abstract Madness
I've been listening to Madness @ T in the park this evening and the only thing I could think about shooting was something that does not seem ordinary. This is a Black Umbrella believe it or not but with some saturation blasted up it draws random colours!
The return of Jacob & Ella
Giggly, cute as buttons and full of energy. Jacob is now 4 and Ella is 2.
Project 365 : 231/365 – Leaves
Another shot of our thriving plant from the front of our house:
